Honors Senior Thesis

For my senior thesis, I wanted to explore the way visual storytelling techniques can be used to design theme park attractions. I specifically wanted to design an attraction based off my own original narrative; one that didn’t rely on intellectual property in the form of movies, tv shows, or books. We have entered the age of franchises, cinematic universes, and media empires. I wanted to show that there is still promise in original ideas, and an opportunity for people to emotionally engage with new stories.
