The Julia Theater is a movie theater in my hometown, Florence, SC. It is the affordable movie option in town, and because of that it seems a little tacky. I wanted to give it a refresh, and lean into the old Hollywood Art Deco styling that it is vaguely based on. I tried to make it elegant enough for adults, but engaging enough for kids to get excited, making it the perfect family outing.
